Delivery times may vary between 7 to 10 days.

Here at DesignbyU we care about the satisfaction of our customers and understand the value of receiving your orders as soon as possible. Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased from us, we will be glad to assist you in replacing it with something more suitable to fit your needs or issue you a full refund within 8 business days. You may return most new, unopened items within 1 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If the shipping carrier attempts to deliver a visibly damaged or torn package please refuse it.
